Here are all of the characters that can perform Brutalities. Despite that, Shao Kahn and D'Vorah’s finishers don’t count as Brutalities in game. When D'Vorah/Wretch kills an opponent, the music of a Brutality being performed plays. Shao Kahn/Konqueror's special attack 2 has an instant kill, which can be performed mid-match and doesn't require the opponent being the last one in the fight. Jade/Assassin cannot evade Brutalities if she is at low enough health. Brutalities are a new mechanic introduced alongside the Lin Kuei Tower which the character can only perform on an opponent at 25% Health or less and also being the last character of the match.
